1. The Policy goals

• Storage of data

We take all reasonable efforts to store your data in safety. We store your data at hosting center.We maintain the following safety measures to protect your data:

• Encrypt your personal data on our servers to prevent unauthorised access from third parties;
• Apply updates and security patches to minimise the security holes;
• Disable unnecessary services to minimise the number of potential security holes;
• Maintain network security to prevent unauthorised users from accessing storage systems;
• Implement data storage redundancy to prevent the loss of your data in the event of hardware failures, hacking activities or natural disasters.

Based on the principle of data storage limitation, we keep your personal data for only as long as it is necessary for us. This means that your data is erased from our servers after 7 (seven) days from the date when we first receive it.
